How does the Eleon Shipping and Delivery work?
We offer free delivery to all major Centres in South Africa. Delivery is subject to receipt of payment confirmation.
Major National Centres, Include:
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, George, Port Elizabeth, Nelspruit, Kimberley, Pietersburg.
Orders are generally shipped within ten business days of payment receipt. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). All orders are shipped from our Johannesburg warehouse; delivery time depends on the size of your shipment and location.
Situations in which you should call us for a shipping / delivery quote include:
- If you are shipping outside of South Africa.
- If you require Saturday delivery.
- If you are ordering on a Friday and require Saturday or Monday delivery.
- If your order is over R 5000.00.
Our logistics systems are always in sync with your needs whether you just placed an order yourself online or talked to our customer care team on the phone or over email. Our highly trained distribution center staff oversee all orders processing through the system and are empowered to override or intervene to ensure your shipment is accurate and on time. We deliver via an outsourced courier company to the recipient’s physical address throughout South Africa. Please note it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the person will be at the said premises to receive their orders. Delivery to companies etc. will be made to the relevant reception area. All orders must be signed for. Responsibility for the orders, once signed and accepted, is with the relevant person.
Please note we can only deliver orders on a business day. Should you require a weekend or public holiday delivery, please contact us so we can quote you for the additional delivery fee (surcharge fee) that will be incurred through the courier company.
In the event of receiving an incorrect delivery address from customer or no one is available to receive your orders, the orders will be returned to the courier depot and we will then contact you to arrange a re-scheduled delivery. As we use the services of an outsourced courier company, please note that you will need to be charged for this delivery.
What happens if I am not happy with my order and wish to return it? (Damaged goods, incorrect size/colour/quantity etc)
Our Return Policy Based on acceptance / signing of delivery, we will need to be notified immediately (same day) of any damage or breakages of goods. Call Customer Care on 083 459 7171 between 8am and 5pm weekdays only.
